Oh my! She is actually looking at the pictures! That particular book was one of Hansen's favorites. We have an old Super 8 film of him in the bath with his brother's reciting: "Rub a Dub Dub, three men in a tub...etc." It will be fun to discover which rhymes Eloise enjoys reciting some day!
Babies are NEVER too young to be read to - even if all they are getting out of it is snuggling next to the reader, hearing the changing inflections of your voice and feeling the swoosh of air as each page is turned. Actually that is quite a lot, isn't it!
